How To Get Back To Living Your Bliss In Your Small Business

You don’t have to do it all yourself…

I just ran across an article on Etsy (where I have a shop presence, as well as, this official Web site) on how to streamline your business. This article talks about a Etsy shop owner who was spending a good part of her day doing the repetitive, mundane tasks that you need to do to keep your business running smoothly.

What did she do so that she could get back to the reason she went into business in the first place? How did she manage to make a few changes to her business structure so that she could really start being the designer she was born to be?geek-sexy

She hired an assistant. Now I am not clear as to whether this assistant is ‘in-house’ or not. It would make sense (to me anyway) that this assistant could be someone who is off-site. Someone who has their own business providing the very kind of support that all small businesses need at some point – without all the the in-house hiring hassles (not to mention taxes, benefits, space) involved in having an actual ’employee’.

This is what I do, in addition to having my own design business at LadyZen Designs. Yes folks – I am Bi-Entrepreneural (sorta like being bi-stitchual), and very proud of it! Only I’m not a Virtual Assistant, I’m an Administrative Professional, a business partner and consultant.

I know all the ins and outs of customer care, listing management, shop design, etc. I specialize in helping other business owners like me get back to what they do best. I take over the admin stuff so you can live your bliss.

My specialized administrative support services and consulting business is called Annie’s Admin. I take over tasks like listing management, customer care, design issues and admin. There’s a whole host of things that a shop needs to stay alive. I do all those things.

Check it out and let me know if I can help. I offer a 30 minute FREE consultation – just to talk about what you need, where you see yourself going – a question and answer session of sorts. You can book a consultation from the Annie’s Admin Web site.

The Etsy shop post is located here. Give it a read and see what you think!

Thanks for reading and every kind of blessing to you!
